Also convicted or framed people are easily manipulated through the process of parole, immunity,, indictment and implicit threats. Bias also affects the process of prioritizing and overseeing the work of the investigation. Biased lead investigators may influence other investigators, subordinates, counsels, witnesses and others while making them also biased, sloppy or partisan and political as they are,

In retrospective for people who look from outside the system, it seems that the Democratic Establishment and mainstream media appointed some key position people similarly like Soviet commissars in investigation agencies and media companies/ Those elements are to carry out the establishment agenda by use a bias investigation, narrative, leaks and implicit and explicit coercion on field investigators, counsels, witnesses, journalists and whistle-blowers.

There was no objective effort for FBI and DOJ to make investigation or prosecution based on standard and objective steps including “following the money” and other milestones required by common sense and standard procedures. There was no report or an apparent thorough investigation on what is the common agenda (“Motive”) and who paid, created, leaked and disseminated the incomplete hearsay dossiers and other out-of-context facts.

No resolutions so far on why the dossiers and other half-facts where accepted by the Feds and FISA courts and why all the “poisoned-fruits of the tree” rulings are not reversed and nullified. Somehow, the perpetrators are behaving as untouchables with no accountability and without being suspended while the conflict of interest and alleged misdeeds are not dealt with.

It is estimated that the mainstream media and investigation agencies bias shifted 20% of voters against the republicans between 2015 and 2018 so the outcome of the 2018 vote is not democratic. According to some reports 96% of DOJ and investigation agencies members are Obama and HRC donors and supporters.

Democrats that call Russia “Kleptocracy” might be deflecting the idea that the Democrat and Clinton Establishments (Both in office and out of office) are a sort of Kleptocracy covered up by Media-Ocracy.

The FBI and DOJ is not researching on how the Democratic Establishment was intervening overseas elections instead of investigating only if Russia is intervening in the USA against the victimized Democrat Establishment.
