The Seized Servers from Frankfurt Allegedly Transferred Data Between Dominion, Smartmatic or Scytl with the Intelligence Community, Reports Say

Once the media and some bureaucrats gave an order or reported that the count was “stopped”, many anomalies emerged, allegedly indicating that algorithms and operatives may have started closing the needed tally gap in similar timing, smokescreens and methods in various critical counties and precincts. Many anomalies of voter counting/curing are yet to be investigated which is a different venue of irregularities that may or may not be linked to the outcome or be tied to the servers in state department and IC premises in Frankfurt, Germany.

It would be impossible to seize servers as reported, if they would be owned by Germans because the government would allow it or impose red tape and the local police involvement. The German government doesn’t want to be blamed for voter intervention through German server and internet data transfer and prefers to be involved in the elections by smear campaigns by Merkel allies in the media which is relatively “more” legal that tampering with cyber data tarnsfer.

Having servers and contractors overseas that work for American actors, enables performing actions that are not disclosed to the IG and the Senate Intelligence Committee while enabling actions that are not under the jurisdiction of American authorities. This method can be hidden using national security excuses, while facilitating the hiding of any paper trail or a use of international patsies or “benevolent” actors like Downer, Mifsud Steele and so on. These actions may be illegal under U.S. law or may include a spying on a political campaign or altering and fabricating communications, entrapments, smear campaigns and dossiers on the fly.

The means and methods were used for years by the IC in order to “upscale or downsize” unrest and protect the nations from “extremist” governments. The intervention can be done using election “curing” or with color coups that are hidden from the public eye and scrutiny. It is technically viable that the same methods or technologies that already exist in the IC playbook overseas may be used in the U.S. from the inside out (In this case from the “outside in”). It is a matter of a decision of bureaucrats to use whatever means they want, after they “decide” to “label” a certain party, candidate or president as “extremist or dangerous”. Allegedly, to reinforce their conviction and justification of misuse of the “means to achieve an end” they just have to get the blessing, brainwash or consult with Rachel Maddow, Social Media Policy Makers, Soros NGOs or the like before doing so because they have the “moral high grounds”.

The seizure report raised also concerns that maybe some Intelligence Community or state department actors colluded with foreign actors, media, judges, lawmakers, software companies or a political party to undermine the presidency and the will of the American people. Such was the case with Steele Dossier and Crowdstrike that had its servers and actors overseas among others while providing services and information to the Intelligence community, state department and the DNC at the same time.

The Frankfurt hackers, part of the Center for Cyber Intelligence Europe, were said to be given diplomatic passports and a State Department identity. It instructed employees how to safely enter Germany.

Election tally numbers are aggregated on various servers and are sent using JSON protocol messages over the internet that can technically be changed by humans or algorithms on each node they go through. These vulnerabilities and peculiarities, raise some questions as far as timing and percentages were involved. This may explain how some tally numbers that were transmitted early arrived at their destination before tallies that were sent later or resulted in negative numbers for one candidate on expense of the other.

The JSON file structure of the votes was allegedly criminally designed to be configured to send percentages of the whole number and not total numbers for each candidate which hampers transparency. The percentage method shortens the coding lines needed to place in algorithms that give ratios to votes and make a hidden outcome such as altering a vote value to lesser percentage that may go unnoticed in audits as part of a smokescreen scheme.

This method also obscures any audit if the libertarian or independent candidate where zeroed or transferred by algorithm or manually. By using this method theoretically, the benchmarking process may give a differnt (say 3/5) value of vote or representation to each Republican vote bringing America back to the slavery era when Democrat slave owners had additional 3/5 representation for each slave they owned.

Similar allegations of “count and switch” anomalies had been reported on elections overseas including in the Philippines, Mongolia and Venezuela. That is not to say that there was an international conspiracy, rather it may be more likely that some insiders used ad hoc “glitches and errors”, smoke screens and counting/curing peculiarities.

Scytl is a Spanish software company that claims to “Innovate Democracy”, while having servers located in Germany among others. The company website went down after the news broke out. Bios, posts from people related to Dominion were also altered. Voting machines and systems were purchased on purpose from foreign companies, while being connected to servers overseas. Governors and lawmakers were blocking for 18 years standardization, certification and vetting procedures needed against voter fraud, loopholes, “glitches” and backdoors. One day before elections updates to the software systems were uploaded without proper approval or vetting of BOE. USB Flash Drives and notebooks were stolen from election warehouses in Pennsylvania before elections as well.

From our source: The US government, once they determined that this Dominion server was involved in switching votes, then the intelligence community began a search for the server and discovered that the server was in Germany. In order to get access to that server and have it available for use in a legal manner they had to have the State Department work in tandem with the Department of Justice. They had to request that the government of Germany cooperate in allowing this seizure of this server.
