Although an Election Judge was convicted in 2020 for clicking multiple times on the same voting machines, the board of elections and voting machines companies did nothing to stop that loophole. Accordingly with the whistlelblower this method was used countless times in 2020 and may have been used in countless locations.
This is not the first time it happens. But officials usually want to reach a plea deal and to convince the public that there are not a lot of similar cases which may change the election results. The voting machines had to be designed to block such cases to begin with. But printing ballots while canvassing or tallying the same vote more then once is a “feature not a bug”. This is not a new concept for politicians who control the funding and the decision on the technology selected, that may apparently prefer having backdoors and a lack of universal secure transparency. This method may be one of the methods used to change results and having many methods may be leveraged of each method being a smokescreen of the other methods, since officials and MSM may say it doesn’t alter the main results.

Demuro fraudulently stuffed the ballot box by literally standing in a voting booth and voting over and over, as fast as he could, while he thought the coast was clear.

It very difficult to uncover all vote fraud cases since the people that are paid or volunteer to do so take the measures of hiding it. When caught their party is paying to lawfirms to go after whistleblowers or disqualify any evidence with their connections to government or law enforcement.
United States Attorney William McSwain announced on Thursday that Domenick DeMuro, a former Judge of Elections in Philadelphia, has been charged with multiple counts of election-related fraud:

â(1) conspiracy to deprive Philadelphia voters of their civil rights by fraudulently stuffing the ballot boxes for specific Democratic candidates in the 2014, 2015, and 2016 primary elections, and (2) a violation of the Travel Act, which forbids the use of any facility in interstate commerce (here, a cell phone) with the intent to promote certain illegal activity (here, bribery),â per a DOJ release.
Aside from counting the same vote up to many times accordingly to the testimony, numbers in the transmission tally of batches show other abnormalities that may have been altering the results or smoke screening other inconsistencies like a 19 rows of tallies that have the same number of voters just before transmissions were cut off due to “nightshift” pause.
