Should Ohr be Prosecuted?
Since August 2016 Bruce Ohr, Weissmann and others plotted schemes to harm the President, interfere in elections and subvert the decision and thoughts of the American people with narratives and political dossiers that were pushed to the top and the media by Nellie Ohr and others through her husband. Comey, Brennan and McCabe extended this plot opening Crossfire Hurricane and other political investigations leading to the Mueller investigation with illegal leaks and smear campaigns. It is to be investigate if when Mueller found out that the Russian collusion was baseless and that it was a plot of Comey (Mueller protege), if he maliciously transformed the political attack from a Russian entrapment scheme to an obstruction entrapment scheme.

Mueller Coercion on Flynn
Michael Flynn was forced to agree on spying for Mueller within his plea deal. The judge was part of a political bias prosecution scheme as admitted by judge Sullivan that was willing to go forward with an illegal wiretap on Flynn, entrapment and intimidation made by McCabe, Szrtok and Mueller. In his plea deal Flynn had to sign that he will be “participating in covert law enforcement activities”. New evidence suggests that Flynn was targeted by Obama administration and Mueller team because of his political views and his assistance to the president. it seems his unalienated constitutional rights were violated within the investigation and intimidation process.
Obama administration didn’t agree with Flynn warnings about Iran, This had facilitated an excuse to purge him from his position and to go after him by Mueller team by use of out of context contact he had winch related to Turkish and Russian diplomacy and other traps including FARA entrapment, and interview with FBI investigator without a presence of a lawyer.

Flynn received a call on a secure phone from then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. After a chat about a security training, McCabe said he “felt that we needed to have two of our agents sit down” with Flynn to discuss his communications with Russian representatives. This is how McCabe entrapped Flynn to sit down with no counsel and interviewed by Peter Strzok and Joseph Pientka .
According to new releases Flynn wasn’t offered exculpatory evidence by the prosecutors which makes his indictment and judgment prone to nullification.

This Security breach has also generated a diplomatic-military fiasco of the Benghazi affair.

This cyber breach reiterated itself when Wikileaks exposed HRC-DNC 2016 presidential campaign emails. After the scandal, DNC ordered on her behalf a cover up against FBI investigation with the use of another cyber company related to the DNC.

OIG protecting Untouchables
OIG report concludes that “DAD”, committed “small” misdeeds by giving him “slap on the wrist”. OIG didn’t look on the big picture which make those misdeeds part of a bigger collusion, The OIG might be covering the bigger issue which was the attempt to conspire and try to smear and remove and elected president.
The OIG investigation concluded that the DAD engaged in misconduct when the DAD:
(1) disclosed to the media the existence of information that had been filed under seal in federal court, in violation of 18 USC § 401, Contempt of Court;
(2) provided without authorization FBI
law enforcement sensitive information to reporters on multiple occasions; and(3) had dozens of official contacts with the media without authorization, in violation of FBI policy.
The OIG also found that the DAD engaged in misconduct when the DAD accepted a ticket, valued at approximately $225, to attend a media-sponsored dinner, as a gift from a member of the media, in violation of federal regulations and FBI policy.https://oig.justice.gov/reports/2019/f190529.pdf
Prosecution of the DAD was declined.
